2.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

2.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• • Business interruption or system failures
• • Cost of substitute services or products

2.3 Consequential Damages Exclusion

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to Content Hub in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

2.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Content Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

2.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

4.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

4.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

4.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to mediation before proceeding to litigation.

4.4 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

No waiver of any term of these conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
